Ben Dratch, one of our undergraduate students, won two awards yesterday for the Thesis Pitch Program from the Honors College. He won the 1st place cash prize of $150 and the People’s Choice which includes a certificate of recognition. Here is his photo with Jessie McCray and Dr. Marise Parent.
Mr. Stacey Jones, a senior undergraduate researcher in Dr. Jun Yin’s lab, has received the 2017 ABRCMS traveling award. The award will sponsor Stacey to go to the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS) in Phoenix, Arizona, November 1st – 4th, this year.
