The 4800 Plus MALDI TOF-TOF Analyzer
The 4800 Plus MALDI TOF-TOFTM Analyzer is a proteomics analyzer that utilizes tandem TOF technology and GPS ExploreTM software to provide high-throughput protein and biomarker identification with high confidence. It is also routinely used for identification and characterization of a wide range of biomolecules such as peptides, proteins, polymers, nucleic acids etc.
The Waters Micromass Q-Tof micro Mass Spectrometer
The Micromass Q-Tof micro mass spectrometer coupled with Waters 2695 HPLC can provide both routine structural elucidation of small molecules and large biomolecules and exact mass measurements with both Electrospray Ionization (ESI) and Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization (APCI) techniques. The instrument also features a quadruple mass filter and collision cell for MS/MS analyses. The instrument is also equipped with a Waters Alliance HPLC and an nanoAcquity UPLC for separation, an nanoSpray ion scource and ProteinLynx Glober Server which allows for protein identification and characterization.

The Shimadzu GCMS QP-5050Aquadrupole GC/MS System
This instrument has both electron ionization (EI) and chemical ionization (positive CI and negative CI) capabilities with high sensitivities. A mixture can be separated by gas chromatography and analyzed by a single quadruple analyzer.

The Agilent 1100 Series LC-CE-MSD Bench-Top Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer
This instrument is equipped with interchangeable electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source with a mass range of 50-1500 Da. The SIM sensitivity is 10 pg reserpine at 50:1 RMS. This LC-CE-MSD is also fitted with a smart switch for rapid change of LC-MS to CE-MS mode. The LC-MS mode is well suited for simple and rapid analysis of combinatorial libraries of small drug molecules, pesticides, herbicides and other samples with a linear response over 3 orders of magnitude. The CE-MS mode, which is also equipped with a syringe pump, a sprayer needle and a specifically designed CE cartridge for simultaneous UV and MS detection, is more useful for analysis of chiral drugs and metabolites as well as other biological compounds.
