Welcome to the Fourth Southeast Enzyme Conference! The SEC provides a unique opportunity for scientific exchange and collegial interactions among researchers working at the forefront of all aspects of enzymology.

The conference will be a one-day event on Saturday, April 20^th, 2013, featuring eight talks by junior faculty, post-docs, and graduate students selected by the Program Chair out of the list of submitted abstracts. This years SEC will hold two poster sessions to provide a greater opportunity for discussion and collaborative interactions. A keynote presentation will conclude the event.

Registration has begun and will continue through April 18^th, 2013. Abstract Submission will open January 10^th, 2013 and the Deadline will be noon on April 15^th, 2013. To be considered for an oral presentation, register and submit an abstract before March 30^th and ensure registration fees have been paid.

We look forward to seeing our colleagues in Atlanta, GA on April 20^th for an exciting day of scientific presentations and discussions.
